Located in Calgary, Alberta and founded in 2020, Flat 4 Offroad missions has always been about getting more people outdoors sooner by helping them turn their daily drivers into a vehicle to suit their needs. We strive to provide people with genuine advice and experience-backed knowledge to help them make the right choices regarding their goals. From the first inquiry to the mobile install, we offer the whole package.
From the subtle to the extreme we have done it all. We have taken our rigs on week-long excursions and to places where others thought were impossible. While we specialize in Subaru's and other crossovers we never shy away from any sort of build! Where will your next adventure take you?

The outdoors has always been Austen's home away from home.
Whether it's biking, camping or exploring the backcountry. He quickly found out that you don't need a fancy rig to have a good time. With a few modifications, many of his daily drivers became trail-capable rigs. Allowing him to get out and explore the great outdoors. In 2020 Austen decided to take the leap and start Flat 4 Offroad as a way to share this passion for exploring the outdoors and created Flat 4 Offroad. Fast forwards two years and many builds later, Flat 4 Offroad is continuing this mission as we grow and the team expands.
Growing up in Alberta, Chase seized the opportunity to explore the outdoors and quickly built a connection to them.
After producing videos on his Subaru STi and the Calgary car culture for over 4 years, the outdoors quickly became even more with the purchase of his second Subaru. Buying his 2004 Subaru Forester, Chase wasted no time acting on his vision turning it into capable overlanding vehicle. Through this journey Chase met Austen and Flat 4 Offroad, were he connected with Flat 4's mission to create obtainable rigs, leading to more adventures and after a year of doing exactly Chase joined the team at Flat 4 Offroad.
