We at Flat 4 Offroad provide installation services for the auto parts purchased from our e-commerce store. This policy describes our installation process, including pickup and delivery service, and warranty on labour.

Installation Process

  • Schedule an appointment: To schedule an appointment for installation, please contact us using the contact information provided on our website.
  • Pickup: On the day of your appointment, we will pick up your vehicle from your location. Our technician will inspect the vehicle and discuss the installation process with you.
  • Installation: Our trained technician will install the auto parts on your vehicle according to the manufacturer's specifications and our best practices.
  • Quality check: After the installation is complete, our technician will conduct a quality check to ensure everything is functioning properly.
  • Delivery: Once the quality check is complete, we will deliver your vehicle back to your location.

Warranty on Labour

We provide a 3-month warranty on labour for all installations. This warranty covers any defects in workmanship or materials related to the installation process. If you experience any issues related to the installation within the warranty period, please contact us immediately and we will address the issue at no additional cost.

Please note that the warranty does not cover any defects or issues related to the auto parts themselves. For issues related to the auto parts, please refer to the manufacturer's warranty or contact us for assistance.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide proper notice may result in a cancellation fee.
