Subaru Forester

The Subaru Forester is one of the most capable platforms in the off-road crossover world, and it doesn't take much to turn one into a seriously capable adventure rig. The SH, SJ and SK generations all respond well to a 2" lift, and with the right suspension setup you can run 215/65R17 all-terrain tires without rubbing. That's a combination Chase runs on his own 2004 Forester, documented across hundreds of kilometres of Alberta backcountry. At Flat 4 Offroad we stock lift kits from Ironman 4x4, Flatout Suspension and RalliTEK specifically fitted to Forester generations, alongside skid plates, rock sliders, roof racks and lighting to build the rig out from there. Everything we carry has either been run on a real build or vetted by someone who has.
