The Primitive Racing Front Skid Plate shields the engine and oil pan of Subaru Impreza generations spanning the classic GC chassis through the current GK-body hatchback, protecting against rocks, curbs, and washboard trail surfaces that would otherwise punch through the factory plastic undertray. Cut from 5052 aluminum in 1/8" or 3/16" thickness depending on fitment, it bolts directly to the existing factory mounting points with no drilling, and an up-turned rear edge stops the plate from catching on obstacles when reversing off-camber. Optional oil-hole cutouts keep routine oil changes simple, and the plate can be built to accept a Rally Innovations light bar for Impreza builds running auxiliary lighting.
