The rocker panels on a Subaru Crosstrek are thin sheet metal, and one bad high-centre on a rocky Crowsnest Pass trail can crease them for good. LP Aventure Rock Sliders for the 2018-2026 Crosstrek, including the 2024-2026 Wilderness, are TIG-welded from DOM steel tubing in 1, 1-1/4 and 1-1/2 inch diameters, then finished in primer and black powder coat. They install without a lift kit, or alongside the LP Aventure lift and other kits running 1.5 inch subframe spacers. The tube frame gives the Crosstrek a surface to slide across rocks and logs instead of landing on the pinch weld. Sold as a driver and passenger pair.
