Fog lights on a Forester sit low and point forward, so on a dark Alberta forestry road the edges of the trail stay hard to read. Mounted near the A-pillars, these HRG Offroad brackets give a pair of auxiliary pods a high, outward-facing position that lights the shoulders and the inside of corners. Installation uses the hood hinge bolts already on the car, so nothing gets drilled. The steel is 11 gauge, finished in black powder coat and fastened with stainless hardware. HRG offers them for the 2003-2008, 2009-2013 and 2019-2024 Forester, with the 2009-2013 sold in plain steel or stainless, and pods are a separate purchase.
